Darren Sheehan composed the musical score for ‘The Rock in the Sea’, a short feature for director Niall Duffy.

A Monk living in 9th century Ireland must contend with grief, despair, isolation and his own identity, on a far-off desolate rock.

The score won the ‘Best Score’ Award at the The 13th Underground Cinema Awards 2022.
